Nice post by Bijan about the differences between the iPhone and Android app markets. I have about 7 premium, paid iPhone apps out of 50 in total. And I haven’t made one purchase ever which I regretted, let alone within 24 hours. So I actually think I would try more apps if a refund policy applied.
