A very interesting 15’ podcast I found on the HBR network which features an interview with Carol Dweck, psychology professor at Stanford. She talks about a growth mindset, a theme I have been submerging myself in over the last two months. Highly recommended if your interested in personal growth, for yourself and for the people around you, either in a business or family setting.
