Herbie Hancock and Joni Mitchell - Tea Leaf Prophecy. From the album from Herbie Hancock - River: The Joni Letters. It’s a tribute to the music of Joni Mitchell. It features a number of instrumental songs and a few with different vocalists. This is the only song actually featuring Joni herself. Bought it around Christmas and it’s beautiful. It’s a really introspective album with mostly downtempo songs. But these musicians are among my favorites: Herbie Hancock on piano, Wayne Shorter on saxophone, and Vinnie Colaiuta on drums. Really tasteful playing. Enjoy.
